Do you sell directly to the public?
No. Green Remedy Collective Wholesale supplies products exclusively to businesses, retailers, wellness stores, dispensaries, cannabis clubs, market vendors, and independent brands.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ starts from 2 units for more concentrated items and goes up to 10, depending on the product or bundle selected.
Can you lower the MOQ?
Unfortunately not. Our MOQs have been carefully structured to maintain product quality, efficient production, and sustainable logistics. We are already operating at the lowest MOQ we can responsibly offer.
Can I create my own custom bundle?
No. We currently offer a selection of standard wholesale bundles that have been carefully curated to provide the best value and product mix for retailers.
Can I mix products to create my own bundle?
No. We do not currently offer custom bundle creation. Customers may purchase individual wholesale products and standard bundles separately.
How do I place an order?
Simply select your products or bundle and submit your order through our website. An automated quotation will be sent to you via email.
How long do I have to make payment?
Payment must be received within 7 days of the quotation being issued. Orders that remain unpaid after 7 days will automatically be cancelled.
How would you know if I paid?
Please use your order number as reference. We will send an email once we have confirmed receipt of payment.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are only processed once payment has been received and cleared.
What is your lead time?
Our standard lead time is approximately 2-4 business days from payment confirmation.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped as soon as they are completed and ready for dispatch.
Do you ship on weekends?
No. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Orders completed over weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
How will I know which products I received if they are unlabelled?
Products are packed and shipped in a way that clearly identifies each product, strength, and variant, making it easy for you to manage your inventory and branding process.
Are your products labelled?
No. Our products are supplied unlabelled and ready for your own branding.
Do you offer white-label products?
Yes. Our wholesale range is specifically designed for businesses looking to create and grow their own brand.

Do you offer printing services?
No. We do not provide label printing, packaging printing, or branding services.
Can you apply my labels before shipping?
No. Products are supplied unlabelled. Customers are responsible for printing and applying their own labels.
Do you offer custom packaging?
No. We currently do not offer custom packaging, custom branding, contract packing, or packaging design services.
Do you have a physical store?
No. We operate as an online wholesale supplier and do not have a retail store.
Can I visit your premises?
No. We do not offer customer visits, product viewings, or showroom appointments.
How do you communicate with customers?
All wholesale communication is conducted via email to ensure accurate record keeping and efficient support.
Do you offer phone support or WhatsApp support?
No. All wholesale enquiries, quotations, updates, and support are handled exclusively through email.
Can I negotiate pricing or receive additional discounts?
No. Our wholesale pricing is already highly competitive and structured to provide retailers with healthy profit margins. We do not offer further discounts.
Can I make a profit from your products?
Yes. Our wholesale pricing is designed to allow businesses to apply their own retail markup while remaining competitive in the market.
Are your products lab tested?
The raw CBD used in our products is lab tested for quality and purity.
Do you offer custom formulations?
No. We currently offer only our standard wholesale product range and formulations.
Will you be releasing new products?
Yes. We are continuously expanding our product range and regularly introduce new wellness, edible, cannabinoid, and pet wellness products.
How will I hear about new products?
All product launches, new wholesale opportunities, and range updates will be communicated via email.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We offer shipping throughout South Africa.
What happens if a product is temporarily unavailable?
Should there be any delays or stock availability issues, we will notify you via email as soon as possible and provide an updated timeline.
Can I return wholesale products?
Due to the nature of wholesale products, returns will only be considered if products are damaged during transit or supplied incorrectly. Any issues must be reported promptly, within 3 days upon receipt.
